Grind and seal floors are exactly as the wording suggests. This process involves grinding the floor to see the level of stone exposure you wish to see (same as MPC) then we apply a high-quality protective sealer over the top to achieve the level of shine you desire. This can be done in either matte, satin or gloss.

Grind and seal floors are a cost-effective alternative for those that want the polished concrete look but at a more budget friendly price. MPC floors cost more due to the fact that there are more steps involved in the process. There are around 18 for mechanically polished concrete floors and around 8 for grind and seal. 

This option can be done indoors only, for residential and commercial applications and is another great option if you are looking for a finish that is very durable and low maintenance!
